Thank you for coming back. I know your time is site time. I will be quick, and I will show you numbers, not promises.

First — who you are sitting with. We work with fit-out and contracting companies only. Nothing else.

We built the contractor community here. 1,098 owners. 26 WhatsApp groups. The biggest fit-out community in the country.

We sit in their workshops. We see who is winning work and who is not. Four years, in this city, inside your trade.

Today I show you four companies like yours. What they paid. What came back. And their phone numbers, so you can check every word.

Ask before you open the deck

Have you worked with a marketing company before? How did it end?

Sounds fair?

Wait for "fair enough". Write down what went wrong for them — you will beat it all meeting.

Hints
  • Deck on the laptop. Phone in your hand. Screen down when you are not reading.
  • Do not open slide 01 until they answer.
01Go job by jobSlide 01

Let's go job by job. The same way we did your estimation last time.

Four jobs run every day. Every enquiry answered in under a minute. Your work put in front of people who are looking. You found on Google and Maps. And all of it written down, so you see it from your phone.

Ask — one at a time, wait for the answer

A WhatsApp comes in at nine at night. Who answers it today?

How many enquiries did you get last month, roughly?

What happens to the ones nobody calls back?

Write their monthly number down. Use it later: "you said thirty a month — Monde got 265 in four months."

Hints
  • The answer is usually "me, sometimes". That is the sale.
  • Do not explain all four jobs. The slides do that. Keep asking.
02What it producedSlide 02

These three pictures are the real output. A real post. A real article. A real Google post.

175 posts. 279 articles. 136 Google posts. 128 reviews tracked, 39 answered for the owner.

And the part that saves your hours. First reply: 46 seconds. 646 enquiries out of 648 answered inside two minutes. 345 of them at night or on a Friday, when you were asleep or on site.

Ask

How long do you take to reply to a new enquiry on a busy site day? Honestly.

Who writes your posts now? When was the last one?

Their last post is usually two months old. Let them say it. Do not say it for them.

Hints
  • Say the number. Then stop talking.
  • If counts bore them, jump to slide 03. Money sells.
03Money in, money outSlide 03

Every ad number here is per month. Nobody spends more than a hundred dirhams a day.

The result next to it is the total since we started.

Source Links. About AED 1,950 a month. 95 conversations. One contract at AED 560,000.

La Casa. About AED 2,545 a month. 112 conversations. 17 site meetings. Two projects at AED 280,000.

Monde has been running longest. About AED 2,955 a month, four months. 265 conversations. Two projects — AED 140,000 and AED 160,000.

Just Right. Seven weeks old. About AED 1,590 a month. 90 conversations. First job AED 50,000, and fourteen quotations still out.

On average AED 2,260 a month each. Fifty to a hundred dirhams a day. AED 1,190,000 signed between them.

Ask

What is one job like that worth to you?

If a hundred dirhams a day brought you one of those every three months — good trade?

Make them say the number. Their number beats ours.

Hints
  • Point your finger at the ad-spend column. That is the number they fear.
  • Say it plainly: the ad money is theirs, on their card, in their account.
  • Contract values are what the owners told us. Say that, then offer the phone numbers.
04Everything else, same feeSlide 04

All of this ran on one monthly fee. Website, articles, posts, Google profile, reviews.

La Casa: 57 articles, 27 posts, 4,180 times they showed up in Google search.

Lilli Palmer started three weeks ago. 62 reviews already collected.

And these are their websites. La Casa's, and Round Triangle's — live four weeks after we started.

Ask

Do you have a website? When someone Googles your company name, what do they find?

How many Google reviews do you have? Who asks your clients for them?

Their review count is always low. That is a fast win you can promise for month one.

Hints
  • Scroll to the work photos: "this is their villa, on the page we run for them."
  • Read the "since" column out loud. Weeks, not years.
05Posts and articlesSlide 05

Real posts. Real accounts. Published in the last few days. Not examples.

Every caption is written for their trade, their area, their phone number. Four a week. The owner sees the draft in his app and taps approve.

These articles are live right now, on their own websites. Tap any title on your phone — it opens.

This one shows the owner's name, his licence number and his Google rating. That is why Google trusts it.

Ask

Open one on your phone. Which of these titles would your clients search for?

What do people ask you before they ask the price? That is your first article.

Once the phone is in their hand, it stops being a presentation.

Hints
  • If they do not tap, hand them your phone with an article open.
  • Do not defend the writing. Let them read two lines.
06Google and reviewsSlide 06

This is the part contractors open once and never touch again.

It is also the part that put 1,280 people in a car, driving to a client's address.

Google posts go out every week. Reviews get answered. The reply is written for the owner and waits for his approval. Nothing goes out in his name without his tap.

Ask

When was the last time anything was posted on your Google listing?

A client leaves you a review. Who replies, and how fast?

How many jobs come from people finding you on Maps?

"I don't know" is the answer you want. Nobody measures it. We hand them the number in month one.

Hints
  • Read one review and one of our replies out loud. It shows the tone.
  • Lilli Palmer: 62 reviews in three weeks. Use it if reviews are their sore point.
07Give them the phone numbersSlide 07

Do not take my word for it. These are the owners.

Call them. Today, in front of me if you like. Ask what they spent and what they got.

Ask

Which one is closest to your kind of work? Let's call that one.

Offering to dial is stronger than offering a list. Most say no — and trust you more.

Hints
  • Strongest moment of the meeting. Slow down. Say nothing for three seconds.
  • If they dial — let them. Do not fill the silence.
  • Before the meeting: check all four are happy to take a call this week.
08The app in their handSlide 08

This is your side of it. Every lead. Every task. Every post waiting for your yes. Every report. On your phone.

No login, no laptop. Open it in the car on the way back from site. Two minutes a day.

Ask

Who else should see the leads? Your partner, your foreman, your estimator?

Do you want a notification the second a lead comes in, or one summary a day?

These are ownership questions. Answering them, they already use it in their head.

Hints
  • Say the address out loud: app.improovy.ae.
  • If you have a live account on your phone, show it. A real screen beats a slide.
09We work online — say it firstSlide 09

Now the thing people ask last, so I say it first. We run all of this online. Nobody from my team will sit in your office every Tuesday.

What we come for in person is the trade. Workshops, sites, meet-ups. 1,098 contractors in our community. 26 groups. 50 accounts running now. Contractors only — no restaurants, no clinics.

And this is the part that protects you. Everything is in your name from day one. Your ad account. Your Google profile. Your domain. Your number. Your Instagram.

We are logged in as a partner, not as the owner. If you stop tomorrow, nothing walks out of the door with us.

You can check us without us in the room. Four owners, four phone numbers, their websites and profiles all live.

Ask

How do you want to be reached day to day? A WhatsApp group with your foreman, or just you?

Does anything worry you about a team you do not see every week? Say it now.

Pull the objection out here, while you are the one raising it.

Hints
  • Never sound defensive. The system works 24/7. A person in an office does not.
  • If they push: "you work with suppliers you never visit — you judge them by what they deliver."
10The honest partSlide 10

Now the other half. I would rather say it before you pay than after. We are not magicians.

There is someone cheaper, and there always will be. Around a thousand dirhams a month, usually one freelancer or a small team abroad. The list of services will look the same. That offer is real.

What they do not have is the system you just saw working, and four years of learning which lead in this trade is worth answering.

Cheaper means somebody learns that on your budget. Your leads. Your ad money. Your name on the posts while they practise.

Ads cost money on top. That money is yours, on your card. Fifty to a hundred dirhams a day.

Google does not move in week one. Articles take about three months.

And some leads will be rubbish. Of Monde's 265, sixty-six were junk. That is normal, and you see every one of them in the app.

We bring you the enquiry, answered in under a minute. Selling the job is still yours.

Ask

Has anyone offered you this cheaper already? What did they promise?

If any of this is a deal-breaker, better we know now. Is it?

If they name a cheap competitor, ask one thing back: "can they show you four owners you can call?"

Hints
  • This is where trust is made. Do not rush it and do not soften it.
  • No price on this slide. Price comes next.
11Price and first two weeksSlide 11

One plan. AED 1,290 a month. Everything you just saw is in it.

No setup fee. No lock-in. Month by month. Every account in your name — if you leave, you keep all of it.

On top of that you choose the ad budget. Fifty to a hundred dirhams a day, on your own card.

Day one we connect the assistant to your number and it starts answering.

Inside two weeks: your Google profile is live and posting, the first articles are up, your ads are running on your own account.

Ask — then be quiet

How do you feel about all of this? Does it fit your company?

Which number do we connect — the one on your van, or a new one?

Thursday or Sunday for the setup call?

If they hesitate: "I can feel when someone is hesitating and I would rather know. Is it the price, or something about us? Be open, it will not offend me."

Hints
  • Say the price, then stop. Whoever speaks first, loses.
  • Never leave without a date in the calendar.
  • Close with: "I will send you the link now, go through it again tonight."
12ObjectionsNo slide
"AED 1,290 is expensive."
Compare it to one job. Just Right's first job was AED 50,000 — thirty-eight months of the fee. And it is month to month, so you stop when you want. Ask back: what does one lost enquiry a month cost you?
"I can get this for AED 1,000."
You can, and the list will look the same. Ask them for four clients you can phone. Ask who answers a lead at eleven at night. Ask back: whose leads are they practising on?
"You are not even in Dubai."
Correct. We run it online, and everything is in your name, so nothing depends on us being in a room. In person we do the trade: workshops, sites, meet-ups with 1,098 contractors. Ask back: how often do you visit the suppliers you trust most?
"I already have a guy doing marketing."
Fine. Ask him one question: how fast is a WhatsApp at nine at night answered? Ours: 46 seconds. Keep your guy — this is not a designer, this is the answering.
"The ad money on top is too much."
Start at fifty dirhams a day for one month. Source Links spent under two thousand a month. If nothing comes back, you lost one month and you stop.
"How do I know the numbers are real?"
You don't have to. Slide 07 — four owners, four phone numbers. Call any of them now. The ad spend is read straight out of the ad account, and that account will be yours.
"Will an AI embarrass me?"
It answers in your name, in your tone, and you see every message in the app. If it answers something wrong, you switch it off in one tap. 648 replies so far.
"I need to talk to my partner."
Of course. Two things first: send him this link, and pick a day this week when I call you both. Ask back: which day is bad for you?
"Can you guarantee leads?"
No. Anyone who does is lying to you. I guarantee what runs: every enquiry answered under a minute, the articles, the posts, the reports. And you see all of it from day one.
13Same eveningNo slide

Send the deck link on WhatsApp. One line, not a paragraph.

Checklist
  • Write it into the CRM: their monthly enquiry count, their objection, the agreed date.
  • If they asked for a reference call, message that owner tonight. Never let them call cold.
  • If they went quiet on price, send one line tomorrow: one job versus one month.
